Zamira's talk will be "The revival of the zhensovety: 1953-1964-How Khrushchev's regime affected the Muslim women of Tajikistan," while Eric will present his paper "Detente and Dissent: Apollo-Soyuz, Ruth Bates Harris, and the Rhetoric of Cooperation."
