This classic 1966 comedy stars Alan Arkin (in his film debut) as a wayward Soviet submarine skipper and Carl Reiner, Eva Marie Saint, and long time Santa Barbara resident Jonathan Winters as the panicky Americans trying to thwart the Russian "invasion."
